Felicia Morgenstern is an eladrin enchantress and the madame of The Cloak of Stars brothel in Silverymoon. She was rescued from a magical prison and her duergar captors by the Silver Company deep within the dungeon Khundrukar, now known as Silverhome, keep of the Silver Company. Felicia is delicate in features and frame, with light skin and softly-glowing red eyes—which become brighter and more vibrant as she weaves her incantations. She is incredibly smart and beautiful, with a talent for illusion, compulsion, and summoning magics. She has an inherent love for beautiful things, and a contrastingly cruel desire to control others. Felicia always acts with grace and poise, speaking just audibly with her hands folded in front of her. In her pursuit to separate noblemen from their coin, Felicia also earns another form of payment—the best-kept secrets of inebriated aristocrats.
