What brings Kilias to Cormyr instead of the Silver Marches?

This question is still pretty valid.

As a child, did he hear tales of the Purple Dragons of Cormyr, one of the few human armies who could be considered a match for the Axes of Adbar? Did he simply flee the Silver Marches out of fear for his cousin's retribution? Is there a foreign chapter of the Hammers of Moradin he hoped to contact, believing the Hammers in Citadel Felbarr and Mithral Hall to be compromised by his cousin's treachery?

Ultimate Toolbox ideas

I'm just going to quickly summarize some of the ideas we generated last week.

• Kilias was clergy of a noble upbringing, cast out by a rival (possibly a sibling or cousin).
• His eventual goal is to retake castle/outpost/cathedral/library/whatever and join the Hammers of Moradin.
• He brews as a hobby, but these beers also serves as potions and holy water to the faithful.
  • Alchemy feats from Eberron are an option, but Create Holy Water and Brew Potion are both 1st-level Rituals as well.
  • Can be different beers at each of the six levels.
    • Holy Water: 1st, 6th, 11th, 16th, 21st, and 26th.
