The Harpers

The Harpers or properly "Those Who Harp", are a Chaotic Good organization primarily composed of elves, bards, and rangers. They seek to right wrongs throughout the North, though their influence is felt almost everywhere. They are directly opposed by evil organizations such as the Zhentarim, the Red Wizards of Thay, and the Broken Arrow Tribe.
