Character Sheet

Hélène Stargleam (HELL-LEAN-uh) is a priestess of Sehanine Moonbow from Moonvines, an elven village in the Moonwood. She is short and thin with tanned skin and blue eyes, and her long green-brown hair is tied in several fine braids. Though without offspring of her own, Lady Hélène is excellent with children, and that is why she was selected to lead the orphans to Quaervarr. She wants nothing more than to live in peace, but since the actions of the so-called Kaiser Dragon, the fires of revenge have burned in her heart. Hélène is respectful and patient, and witnessing her quiet grace is a solemn experience. She has but one useful piece of information: the location of the remaining archers of Moonvines. Observant characters may notice that Hélène holds her holy symbol so tightly these days that her fingers appear white and bloodless.

History

After the dragon Wilhelm assaulted her village, Hélène and several of Moonvines' rangers fled south toward the Mouth of Song and Quaervarr with a handful of orphans left in the dragon's wake. During their travels, they were beset by the lycanthropes of the People of the Black Blood, losing the majority in the long trek before finally encountering Eilistraee's moondancers.

The werewolves continued to strike at them until they reached the Mouth of Song, where the lycanthropes made their final assault, leaving only Hélène, Eioli Tlabbar, and a handful of others. They whispered their prayers and last rites as their demise was all-but-certain, but the Silver Company arrived suddenly and broke the werewolf siege.
