House Longbrooke

House Longbrooke is a Cormyrean noble house seated in the Neck of the Dragonmere. Sir John Longbrooke is the current head of House Longbrooke. It had historically benefited from rich trade tariffs and fishing licenses, but their influence and power is in decline. The free city of Westgate has gone unchallenged supporting Sembian trade within Cormyr, and settlers have been homesteading further into Longbrooke land without being taxed.

When the Goblin War began, House Longbrooke forfeited many of their sailors to the Crown, and had to look for seamen elsewhere. The house issued letters of marque to various privateers.
