Chester Drawers was a self-proclaimed Jedi Historian and the Human mayor of Miyagi's Landing who had taken up residence at the defunct Jedi Temple of Light. He was killed in battle by Inquisitor Sutherland in 1 ABY.
History
Chester's history before Miyagi's Landing is unknown. He is believed to have been Force-sensitive and was obsessed with Jedi lore, but (outside of his brief possession by a Sith Lord) had never demonstrated any Force abilities. He was however able to read the long-dead language of the Sith.
Recent developments
Chester joined the crew of the Cantina Turner on their pilgrimage to the Temple of Darkness where he was possessed by the ghost of the Sith Lord Darth Lundgren and then killed by Inquisitor Sutherland. Despite his rocky start, Chester proved himself to be a competent and useful ally.
Personality
Initially, Chester had a strong sense of self-importance for someone who ran unopposed to administer a slimy mud hole because no one else wanted the job. "A worrier, not a warrior" Chester was challenged by the many threats that seemed to be emerging on Pantano of late, but he later rose to the challenge, helping our brave heroes through dangerous Sith trials and eventually dying a warrior's death.

If you know you know, Chester Drawers has been with us from the beginning. Inspirations for this iteration of Chester are probably George Lucas and Dave Filoni, but over time they somehow merged into basically Indiana Jones.
