Cyril Clover

Sergeant Cyril Clover is an officer of the Grand Army of the Galactic Empire stationed on Pantano's Delta Base. He was rescued from a mugging outside the Pantano Casino by Sulivan Eldot.

Cyril probably owes Sulivan a favor, which puts him on the Captain's Chumps List.
