Moff Sutherland is the Imperial Governor of the Sector that contains Pantano and the Pantan System.
History
Captain Sutherland was born to a proud military family on Saskatchooine and schooled in the Republic Naval Academy. When the Clone Wars ended, Admiral Sutherland retired from a long, proud career in the Republic Navy for a life of politics, accepting a prominent position in the Empire. He ascended to his current position when the previous Moff died aboard the Death Star when it was destroyed by the Rebel Alliance.
Recent developments
Moff Sutherland ordered the blockade of Pantano and the establishment of Delta Base. His motive is currently unclear.
Personality
He's soft-spoken and calculating, with a little bit of a cruel streak, basically every character Donald Sutherland has played this side of fifty.
