Temple of Darkness

The Temple of Darkness is the fully-submerged ruin of an ancient Sith temple, directly opposite (that is, a straight line through the planet's core) the Jedi Temple of Light and Miyagi's Landing on Pantano. Outside of inscriptions in the Temple of Light, there is no record of the Temple of Darkness, so no one alive today is actually aware it even exists (that is, until we get into an Indiana Jones mood). Based on the Temple of Light's bas-reliefs, the Temple of Darkness may have been constructed as a Force shrine or other place of power, or to worship the Shai-Hulud, a legendary and massive (and probably fictional) Pantano eel that's still worshipped as a god by primitive peoples today.
