The Gang

"The Gang" is (at least temporarily) what I'm calling the Trash Man's lieutenants and underbosses. When Tuuba the Hutt began his campaign against the Trash Man, his business began to fracture and his top lieutenants either went into hiding or started new side jobs.

The Trash Man

Mudrom Grugg, better known as the "Galactic Trash Man", is the head of a vast shipping, salvage, and garbage empire. He will go into hiding out in Wild Space early in the campaign to escape the wrath of Tuuba the Hutt, choosing to live and work aboard his capital ship, the Warthog.

Romeo

Romeo the Ranat mechanic is the Trash Man's most-trusted confidant who is usually aboard the Warhog skulking around the engineering level bashing rats blasting mynocks.

Count Raenus

The senator Count Lorae'nu'saldo is a Chiss aristocrat, politician, and liaison who grew rich(er) keeping the Empire off of the Trash Man's back. Now that the Senate is dissolved, the Count has disappeared alongside a stack of incriminating evidence and other potential blackmail materials.

MAC-10

MAC-10 is a heavily-modified bodyguard droid who is more than a match for any sentient being.

Fleur Dior

Fleur is a feather-haired Omwati (like a giant bird) who plans to emancipated herself, her Askajian first mate Artemis, and the rest of her downline from the Trash Man in hopes of becoming the most feared female pirate since Gráinne O'Malley.

Behind the scenes

The Gang is obviously named for It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, which isn't a campaign inspiration we were looking for, but one that's certainly found us. Of note, and before people start calling me out on Reddit, I've intentionally swapped the muscle and the brains, because the Warthog is definitely the brains of the operation and the "bodyguard of Paddy's" is clearly the muscle.
