Ulysses S. Crunch

Rear Admiral Ulysses S. Crunch is the commanding officer of the 69th Sector Task Force responsible for the Pantano blockade. He and his flagship, the Centurion, were promoted directly from Captain to Rear Admiral (right past Commodore) in the naval shakeup that followed the destruction of the Death Star.
