Vandar

Vandar is a half-orc rogue from Zhentil Keep in the Moonsea region. She was trained as a spymistress and later worked as an independent information broker, but eventually found herself back in Zhentarim service, opening the Vandarhouse providing what the Black Network believed to be vital services to the prospectors in Deadsnows; namely strong spirits, opium, gambling and prostitution. Vandar eventually branched out to the selling and holding of slaves, but this did not escape the attention of some of the locals. Vandar was eventually brought down by adventurers working with the consent of the town watch and the Harpers.
